Gator Cases CEO Crystal Morris is on a quest to grow her company; to continuously learn and innovate as a leader; and to encourage other women to become leaders in the music product industry. She does all of this through mentoring junior colleagues and by establishing the Smart Women in Music (SWIM) Fund, with NAMM Chair and President/CEO of West Music Robin Walenta and Executive Vice President of Heid Music DeDe Heid, which supports professional development opportunities for women in the music products industry.
