JackTrip Founder Mike Dickey taught himself to code in the 1980’s by keying video game programs from Rainbow magazines into his dad’s Color Computer. He founded his first company in high school, and dropped out of Carnegie Mellon to become a full-time entrepreneur. Mike has built and sold three startup companies prior to co-founding JackTrip.

Mike is joined by recording artist and American Idol favorite, Makayla Phillips, pioneer fusion bassist Bunny Brunel, master drummer Roger Friend, and renowned session guitarist and producer Charles Fearing.

The self-titled “JackTrippers” talk about the musical collaboration inspired and powered by the JackTrip platform and weigh in on how this exciting technology is likely to impact the world of music, from recording, to rehearsal and online instruction.
