If you’re a communicator in 2016, it’s extremely likely that something your brand does or says will offend someone so get ready for it.  What do you do when you offend?  Well, it depends on a number of different factors.  In other words, just like your relationship status on Facebook, “it’s complicated.” This week, we’ll dive right into offensive communications and teach you what to do when it happens to you.
